What We Look For in CSSD Candidates

  • Reliability, attention to detail and a methodical approach to compliance documentation

This depends on location, seniority and the specific competencies required. As a general guide:

  • Metropolitan roles in major cities: typically 4 to 8 weeks from briefing to offer

  • Regional or specialist roles: typically 6 to 12 weeks, particularly where relocation is required

  • Senior or coordinator roles: allow 8 to 12 weeks for a thorough search
